Program Overview

Q: What is The Waffle Verse?

The Waffle Verse is our revamped loyalty program, launched exclusively in Mumbai (as of now)! 🌟 It’s designed to reward and recognize our amazing customers. Earn rewards across all your favorite delicacies of Waff-wich, Sundaes, Gourmet Waffles, Mini Pancakes, Beverages, Mini Waff-wich combos, Waffle Cakes and our entire range of spreads, crisps and more.
There are 3 (Three) Tiers in the program and by meeting Tier upgrade criteria, members will be upgraded to higher Tiers, unlocking exclusive Tier Benefits.

Q: What are the reward benefits of The Waffle Verse?

Enroll and earn the Welcome reward once you make the first transaction at The Belgian Waffle Co. Store
After reaching the cumulative spends of Rs. 500 you’re eligible for the Milestone Benefits

Enrolment in the Program

Q: Is there a fee for enrolling into the program?

Nope! It’s absolutely FREE. 🆓🎉 We don’t charge any subscription or annual charge to enroll into this program

Q: Who can enroll in the program?

Anyone who shops at our Mumbai stores with their contact details (or else how can we send you all these benefits ;)) can join The Waffle Verse! 🍫

Q: What are the tiers in the program?

There are three tiers — Waffle Newbie, Waffle Pro, and Waffle Meister — with sweeter rewards at every level! 🥇🏆🎖️. Upon Enrollment, an individual is enrolled into Waffle Newbie which is the entry level tier. Members move up tiers based on their achievements of qualification criteria. Waffle Meister is the highest Tier in the program

Q: Do the rewards expire?

Yes, all rewards are valid for 30 days from issuance, unless specified otherwise. Don’t let your goodies melt away! 🍦⏳

Q: How does one unlock rewards in The Waffle Verse?

Every transaction at any store of The Belgian Waffle Co brings you closer to unlocking a new reward. You will receive an SMS with a specific coupon code after your purchase if you meet the eligibility criteria. Just make sure to share your contact number with the store team during every transaction so your purchases can be tracked and counted toward unlocking rewards.

Q: What is the definition of Spends?

Any offline transaction made at a The Belgian Waffle Co store qualifies as a spend. The spend amount is the total bill paid at the store. If a discount or offer is applied, only the final amount paid after the offer is considered as the spend.

Accrual of Rewards

Q: Will a member earn rewards for orders placed on third-party platforms?

No, rewards are applicable only for purchases made at The Belgian Waffle Co stores in Mumbai. 🚫📱

Q: Can the rewards be accrued and transferred to any other member?

No, rewards are non-transferable and tied to your registered mobile number. 🤝

Q: What will be considered as a transaction?

A transaction is defined as a completed in-store purchase where a bill is generated and successfully paid for. Members can make multiple transactions in a single day, and each eligible, paid bill will be counted individually toward rewards and tier progression in the loyalty program.

Redemption of Rewards

Q: How can a user redeem the rewards?

Rewards will be sent via SMS to the mobile number linked to your purchases and can be redeemed by using the unique coupon code mentioned in the SMS during your next in-store transaction. If you accidentally delete the SMS, simply share your registered mobile number at the store — the staff will retrieve and communicate any available offers linked to your mobile number.

Q: When can a user start redeeming?

As soon as you receive your reward coupon, within a validity mentioned! 🚀

Q: Can this redemption be converted into cash?

Nope, rewards are for delicious treats only — not cash! 💸🍫

Q: Can rewards be redeemed along with discounted Combos and/or Add ons?

Nope, two coupons or offers can be combined in one transaction!

Program Tiers and Tier Benefits, Upgrade, Downgrade, and Retention

Q: What are the Waffle Verse Tiers?

The Waffle Verse has three tiers – Waffle Newbie, Waffle Pro and Waffle Meister. Members begin with Waffle Newbie and progress to higher tiers of Waffle Pro and Waffle Meister. A member can directly get enrolled into Waffle Pro and Waffle meister basis their spends.
Tier Validity
All the tiers are valid for a period of 12 months. Members needs to qualify for retaining or upgrading their tier basis the above-mentioned Tier eligibility criteria
Tier Evaluation
Tiers are evaluated for retention/downgrade on their tier’s anniversary to check the previous 365 days period for the 80% of the minimum spends criteria

The Waffle Verse – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling or continuing as a member, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Eligibility & Enrolment

- Membership is free and open to all customers across participating The Belgian Waffle Co outlets in Mumbai
- Customers are automatically enrolled into the loyalty program upon providing valid contact details (mobile number) during a transaction.
- One account per customer. Duplicate accounts may be merged or deactivated at the brand’s discretion.

2. Program Structure & Validity

- The Waffle Verse operates on a tier-based structure driven by annual cumulative spends, valid from the 1st registered transaction
  - Waffle Newbie: ₹0 – ₹600
  - Waffle Pro: ₹601 – ₹1500
  - Waffle Meister: ₹1501+
- Tier status is valid for 12 months from the date of achievement. Tier benefits are subject to change without prior notice.
- Customers must maintain annual spend thresholds to retain their tier, failing to which will lead to downgrading of the tier

3. Rewards & Benefits

- Welcome Bonus: All new members receive a FREE Waffle Sundae (S) on their second visit on minimum order value of ₹250.
- Milestone Offer: Spend ₹500 cumulatively in 12 months from the first transaction to unlock 15% off (up to ₹50) on a min order of ₹300. This reward is received only once per member.
- Quarterly Freebie: Waffle Pro & Meister tiers enjoy a free Almond Flour upgrade once per quarter. This upgrade is applicable only on any ‘Original’ category waffwich
- Tier Upgrade Bonus:
  - Waffle Pro: One Free Waffle Crisps on minimum order value of ₹400, valid for 30 (Thirty) days from the date of level up.
  - Waffle Meister: One Free Beverage* or Sundae (S) on minimum order value of ₹400, valid for 30 (Thirty) days from the date of level up
- Meister EXCLUSIVE bumper reward: Spend ₹1000 after reaching Meister to unlock 1 FREE Waff-wich of your choice, valid for 30 (Thirty) days from the date of level up.

4. Redemption & Usage

- Rewards are issued as digital coupon codes and can be redeemed only at participating stores.
- Coupons Redemption:
  - Coupons are valid for 30 (Thirty) days from issue.
  - Must meet stated Minimum Order Value (MOV) to apply.
- Bloombay Enterprises Private Limited reserves right to modify / reject the offers
- All the offers will be redeemable in store and cannot be combined with other running offers (e.g., Waffle of the Day, Treat for Two, Happy Hours, or any existing offer during the time of redemption).
- Rewards are non-cashable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

5. Program Communication

- Offers and updates will be shared via WhatsApp and/or SMS.
- The Belgian Waffle Co is not responsible for messages undelivered due to network issues or outdated contact details or customers opted for DND will not be part of the program.

6. General Conditions

- The program is currently valid only for in-store orders (not valid on online delivery partners like Zomato/Swiggy unless otherwise communicated).
- Rewards may vary by location and product availability.
- Membership benefits cannot be sold, bartered, or transferred.
- The Company reserves the right to:
  - Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the program without prior notice.
  - Audit accounts and revoke benefits in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
  - Cap redemptions or issue equivalent substitutions in case of stock unavailability.

7. Benefit-Specific Clauses

- Quarterly Freebie: Does not apply to premium toppings like gourmet ice cream, extra Nutella, or premium syrups.
- Tier Upgrade Bonus: Beverage selection may differ across locations. If unavailable, customers will receive a Waffle Sundae (S) as the default.
- Meister Exclusive Bumper Reward: The ‘FREE WAFF-WICH’ includes any variant of member’s choice, including almond flour and ice cream waff-wich etc.

In case of stock out of any variant, member may choose any other variant as per preference.
