Job Description/Key Responsibilities

  • Assist, advise and run special projects & strategic initiatives
  • Act as thought leader / advisor to business leaders
  • Project management of various outcomes from management / Board meetings
  • Work with cross functional teams to collect and analyze data to draw business & industry inferences
  • Identify areas for improvement in current data models and build infrastructure for the future
  • Monitor ongoing business processes and develop optimization strategies
  • Prepare deliverables for the Board and Investor Group
  • Prepare MIS reports, Budget vs Actual analysis, performance (operational + financial) analysis of business units / revenue streams
  • Drive standardisation of reporting frameworks for all departments
  • Conduct Peer set analysis and benchmark Company’s performance

Requirements and skills

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Build and/or maintaining databases / reports/ Excel models
  • Technical skills
    • Advance Excel (including Macros)
    • Analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI

Job Description/Key Responsibilities

Technology operations

  • Overall responsibility for devising and updating the Technology strategy and Technology roadmap for the organization
  • Prepare and execute the Technology budget and ensure the budget guidelines are followed and expenditure is within the budget
  • Lead, manage and train the team across multiple locations across India
  • Manage day-to-day stakeholder interactions
  • Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology systems to enable managerial decision making

IT landscaping and optimizing operating model

  • Initiate, lead and support Technology requirements and delivery of solutions in accordance with project goals, times scales and costs
  • ERP Implementation – Understanding the business needs of the organization and identify/implement an appropriate solution
  • Integrate the ERP with other technology tools
  • Ensure system up-time for business operations
  • Develop strategies to improve the efficiency and efficacy of technological initiatives
  • Oversee technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems)

Build for the future

  • Create a digital roadmap for the organization and set short-, medium- and long-term objectives and time bound actions plans
  • Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
  • Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience
  • Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to Technology professionals and other staff within the organization
  • Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage

 

Education & Experience Criteria:

Experience – 6 to 8 years of experience in Technology applications customization & implementation, program management & infrastructure

 

Education: B.Tech / BCA / BSc./ B.Eng

Must-have skills

  • A strong leader who can provide guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Self-Motivator and Self-starter and a high desire to achieve
  • Must possess an entrepreneurial drive and take ownership
  • Technology exposure in ERP implementation / management
  • Experience in defining the product, process flow and converting business requirements into technical requirements
  • Ability to understand the business needs, translate them into technology-based solutions, identification of suitable technology / technology partners and implementation of technology tools is a critical
  • Project Management and implementation of custom solutions.

Nice-to-have skills

  • Prior or current experience in working in Retail, Retail Shopping center, Consumer, Hospitality or QSR
  • Prior or current experience in FMCG
