  • Designing and developing the training programs.
  • Planning and assessment of training programs.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities

The Accounts Payable professional will be responsible for expense booking, payment processing, and vendors reconciliation. Proficiency in Excel and Tally is essential, and familiarity with GST and TDS deduction is required.

  • Expense Booking: Accurately record and book expenses in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Payment processing: Timely release of payments to vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment terms.
  • Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
  • Excel & Tally Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Utilize Tally for efficient and accurate accounting processes
  • GST & TDS Knowledge: Ensure compliance with GST regulations in expense transactions. Deduct TDS as per statutory requirements

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in accounts payable role

Job Description/Key Responsibilities

  • Guiding the further rollout of ERP and Other business applications across BWC – into legal entities in support of BWC’s growth plans
  • Provide input to project teams on all aspects of the NetSuite/other business applications deployment programme
  • Providing on-going post-implementation NetSuite support; driving testing, planning, execution, and optimisation support
  • Working with end-users to understand business needs and able to quickly assess situations, identify gaps and present possible solutions
  • Troubleshoot application, process, and functional issues

  • Understanding of QSR brand performance trends in each market Pan India and help in planning market-focused marketing interventions.
  • Analyze the market share of the brand in each city and draft a plan to increase the same.
  • Has a network of event/on ground media agencies in local marketing who can execute campaign plans in a timely manner and good quality set up.
  • Work on hygiene changes for stores in each city & plan for campaign level interventions
  • Work on different brand collaborations on a local level which will help in boosting the sales of the business.
  • Strategic tie ups with societies, colleges, events, fairs, big news for each city where BWC presence is relevant.
  • Have OOH & on-ground activations on a monthly basis. Work on Mall branding and ensure good visibility of the brand in each city.
  • Ensure timely & smooth execution of brand level campaigns in all stores & in all cities.
  • Collate results of activations and present the same to internal teams with recommendations.
  • Deep-dive into each store performance & understand the SKU mix and recommend offers accordingly. Understand the TG of each city & recommend local level marcomms.
  • Analyze the impact of on-ground activations on sales numbers via monthly city-wise reports.
  • Draft suggest sell for each marketing basis the consumer behaviour and drive AOVs.
  • Work on increasing visibility, brand salience & TOMA awareness scores.
  • Focus on regional market growth and in depth understanding of 6 key metro cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kol and Banglore
  • Use marketing mix crafted by the Central team and adapt for regional execution
  • Execution of end to end campaigns as needed in these 6 geographies via local partners/teams
  • Liaison between ops, BD and marketing for regional market growth
  • Analyse potential growth zones in the key markets
  • Lead execution of COCO NSOs

Other responsibilities –

  • Help Ops & BD team for recce of new store locations.
